The sad thing is the greens wanted no roads built in the forests, making it difficult for firefighters to control these fires. They didn't want the underbrush removed, something the firefighters would have preferred. I suppose we saved a spotted owl til it burned up.
Other groups don't want the firefighters using the water in the rivers to put out the fires. One of those save the fishie groups.
Sad, and I hope Ca. quits electing these airheads.
