Same here. I'm outta there tomorrow. This guy must be trying to hit on young Liberal newscasters or something.

No company that is being drained by trial lawyer redistribution should ever vote Democrat.

You know, I am always struggling with my auto insurance having two teenage boys. Progressive does NOT offer the lowest rates (and I wouldn't patronize them if they did - I figured out a long time ago the company is named "progressive" for a reason.)

Look around. It took me a long time to find a really cheap company, although they raised their rates on me recently - I make it a point never to renew my auto insurance without checking out at least 4 other quotes.

And by the way, the quotes I got on the progressive and geico websites were my highest.

Over the past 2 renewals, (2004 & 2005), Progressive has run my motorcycle insurance up from $105 to $150, an increase of 50%, no claims, safe driving certifications for both my wife & myself, no adverse DMV reports. Called the company yesterday (2/23/2005) and questioned the increase. Some smart @$$ bimbo remarked when I told her I refuse to fund the democratic contributions of Peter Lewis was as follows, "Mr Lewis has donated monies to the DNC out of his own pocket and has no bearing on your insurance rates!" My simple reply to that was, "How do you think Mr Lewis came to have $10 million in his own pocket? By me paying my insurance premiums to Progressive" She ignored my remark and tried to return to some canned response to my increase question. I stated very simply that I will find another company to insure my cycles, then hung up the phone on her. BTW, how much did your insurance go up?
