This is a great story...almost too great. My cynical side is leaning to the suspicion that the breakin was part of a plot to "get" the registered sex offender.

Please give us an update on this as news develops.

THAT says it EXACTLY and that's what a judge will rule, unless the burglar is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!!!!!

If the burgler went straight to the tackle box then you know he was looking for evidence from the get go.

If he had ransacked the plance first and fished then it was a burglery.

In eather case the burgler stood up and did the legal thing. His little sister being a victim would have given him a walk if he had beeten the perv to death (no jury would convict).

No doubt he's a screw-up, if I was the judge I'd let him inlist.
