I don't really care if you think the guy is a scumbag. There is a big difference between a scumbag and a murderer. But, alas, not on FR.
It is her death which he has so profoundly and publicly desired. He has many reasons to wish her gone--and is not willing to allow others to assume the burden of her life. It's not that much of a stretch. I think a good case could be made that he brought such suspicions reasonably and naturally by his words and behavior.
You'd waste your time, and lose.
