Nope, sorry. The Phelps clan has been doing this for years in Topeka. Their patriarch, Fred Phelps, is a "minister" of his own church. His congregation consists mostly of his own family. It's more like a cult, I think. This is their cottage industry, but what they get out of it I don't know.

Fred Phelps is a wackjob, as are the members of his "congregation". Their sole claim to fame is protesting anything with the slightest link to homosexuality. They picket funerals of people who died of AIDS.
When I protested clinton speaking at the VFW 100th anniversary convention in 1999, they were there with signs saying "VFW FAGS". I told the SS there was no way I would share the same corner with them, and the SS let me move across the street.
What the press conveniently manages not to mention is that the Phelps bunch are democRATs.
