Sen. Tom Harkin, Iowa Democrat, blocked the legislation last week, but his spokeswoman said yesterday his concerns had been addressed.
Oh, is he sure? I mean, we should wait if he isn't.

It's easy for Harkin to grandstand on this and take the pure environmentalist whacko position. His state of Iowa doesn't have much forrest.

The difference between a developer and an environmentalist is the environmentalist already has his house in the forest.
Sure glad I bought in town now. Closest fires are at least 15 miles away, but it's smokey as hell, and the sky is Halloween orange and black. Looks like a Martian atmosphere.
