The map's from orbit tracks made 10-27 AM, so old. But it's got the names of the fires on it! I got the map ferom a local (Detroit) news website & can't update it from the link provided. Sorry. It looks like this is the page to access the most recent map.

The current map was updated 27 October 1500MST (eight hours fresher than the map you saw), but that is the page to check for updates. You can compare the two to see what happened in eight hours.
Thanks. I figured out how to get the whole USA from the link I had & narrow it down to CA, NV active fires. We must have been posting at the same time!
