Los Angeles County Probation Officer announced evacuation of all staff and minors at Camps Clinton B. Afflerbaugh and Joseph Paige due to Grand Prix Fire near La Verne. Evacuated to Central Juvenile Hall near downtown L.A. and Barry J. Nidorf Juvenile Hall in Sylmar. No injuries.
Moorpark College will be closed Monday, Oct. 27 due to Simi Valley/Moorpark brush fire.
Western Christian School in Claremont will be closed Monday, Oct. 27.
