Just the excerpt was enough to have a good understanding of where it was going.
I found it interesting.

The old men in the park are reading the news, when it is noticed that Mo is reading an old copy of THE SPOTLIGHT.
Mo why do you read such trash? Because in this paper we control the banks, the news...

To begin with, Protestantism was unimaginable without Jewish theologians (who exposed the incompatibilities of free will and original sin), not to mention Jewish bible translators. In such a world, congregations must elect their church elders (Presbyterians) or even their pastors (Congregationalists), rather than accept church hierarchy. If democracy rules ecclesiastical affairs, why not then secular affairs as well?
This is why the Massachusetts Bay Colony (where Christmas was illegal) tolerated and even promoted the presence of Jews, who among other onerous duties, taught Hebrew at Harvard, which was a Congo seminary. OTOH, Quakers were whipped naked through the streets, Catholics were imprisoned and worse, and even Anglicans who were too "Roman" were in a world of hurt. Even fellow Congos who were a little adventurous got exiled to ghastly places: Roger Williams (not the piano player) and Anne Hutchison among others. Maine was the destination of Baptists and Unitarians.
As a certified Keeper Of Odd Knowledge, I am struggling as we speak, to (a) change trousers and (b) fit these facts into the conspiracy theory. I'll keep youse posted.

I'll bet the Asia Times is suddenly scarce in Kuala Lumpar. Mad Mahathir isn't gonna go for this!

Where, oh where to begin? Rather than spend 15 hours showing how this author completely misunderstands history, I will just do one point, but a major one at that.
VIRTUALLY EVERYTHING in the US Constitution has its roots, and even its wording in the British view of government. You can see almost every aspect of the US Constitution in Blackstone's Commentaries, written in England in the 1760s. Why is this important? Because the development of the Distinctly British view of how government operates had essentially nothing to do with Jews nor was it instituted by or determined by the Jews. And thus the American form of government which comes DIRECTLY from the British (again, look at Blackstone's Commentaries) had little imput or impetus from the Jews.
No, the Jews do not rule the world, nor did they invent the American form of government, etc. etc. etc.
So I advise everyone to suffer smelly underwear rather than read the whole article.

This idea interests me. If anyone has information on this, please et me know.
