I've actively tried to keep out of this whole conflict. But,it seems to me that the best approach here is the appointment of an independent, disinterested guardian. I don't buy that the husband is trying to murder his wife, but I also don't buy that he is clear of any conflict here.

Agree! I think the issue boils down to mike's veracity and his true interests... his own self-interest in seeing this lady dead.

Ah, yes and let us not forget the wack-job mystic-lawyer. He also has such a vested interest in this little ladies death. He makes his money by avocating and supporting euthanasia.

In my opinion, if she didn't write it down, her death wish didn't happen.
