This interview is a PR DISASTER for Schiavo.
His POS lawyer is using him to get publicity for his book, and now the entire nation knows his client is a psychotic left wing male nurse with a death fetish who is afraid to take a lie detector test and won't let independent cameras into her room.
I'd be surprised if the Florida Supreme court even takes this case

Well, the FLangaroos and the GOP have this little feud going back some years, you know. But with public fury this hot, and the fact they do run for re-election, maybe they will decline this hot potato. I would, however, expect to see Felos to shoot for the SCOTUS even if that happens.

As I understand, if the George W. Greer "court" strikes down "Terri's Law" and the appeals court or the Supreme Court of FL will not hear appeals, then Greer's original order would stand, and Terri's Law will be invalidated by the very judge who ordered Terri starved and dehydrated. One appointed (and confirmed by voters) judge can thwart the will of the governor AND the legislature in FL.
