Yes and no. I don't trust any company to have the best interests of people in mind when they conduct business. We have American software companies that would like nothing more than to sell the gov't national ID cards or implantable chips.

Now, if you show me that Chirac knew about this, then we're talking national intrigue. If it's just your run of the mill weapons bootlegging by a greedy businessman, you've only shown me human nature.
