Bush's only use of an Executive Order, that I know of, was to streamline the path to citizenship for immigrants that join our military.
Even though terrorists have been caught after they joined our military and not as a result of a background check, but only because they weren't patient enough.
Our American born servicemen and women balked at wearing the blue U.N. helmets so Bush, the RINO, one-worlder, found a way to recruit more soldiers whose first choice would be to wear that blue helmet and salute foreign generals.
