When we were in LA, we lived in the El Segundo/Manhattan Beach area.

I work in El Segundo with a view of LAX from my office. Bet ya don't miss it here.

We were short term...(husband on a work project)...

..but I enjoyed the area and loved the church we found...(in Santa Monica)....

..the one thing I don't miss is......the traffic!

We visited the Reagan Library while there...

..I remember how beautiful the Simi Valley was....and the gorgeous homes....

..Is this the area which is burning right now?

..and is the fire anywhere near the J.Paul Getty Museum?
