Is the cedar fire, the one people in Vista have to worry about?

Vista is not in the direct line of fire for the time being. If I'm no longer connecting to FR, that means the Paradise fire jumps Deer Spring to San Marcos and Vista. We are being warned to evacuate if the Santa Ana starts to pickup after 2PM.
