RB and anything north of Rancho Bernado and west of Pomerado is safe for the time being...

Poway, as far as I know, is ok. The fire touched Poway but went by very quickly to the south and west.

To people who don't live in San Diego, let me tell you, the size and the spread of this fire is overwhealming. The area it covered and how fast it did is unbelievalble.
