Thanks! Are they releasing any descriptions of the possible arsonist or arsonists?

Absolutely horrible. I hope they catch and do horrible things to the arsonist(s).

The wind keeps shifting above Crestline; it's been one of the major difficulties that the FD's faced up there. The city's got about a half-moon shape of fire on the southern edge.

For the Old Waterman fire: grey van, two Caucasian males. One of them apparently threw something out of the van, and then the van took off.
For the Rancho California fire: blue van (possibly with black top? conflicting reports), three males inside. No other information given. Seen departing the origin of the fire as the fire began.

Yup - kept forgetting to mention that; they were arrested yesterday. Or is this another group of looters?

Thanks I had read about those two reports.
The later one was the Ford Aerostar type van that was apparently seen in many areas before and between fires.

Wish they'd issue an official "this is who we're looking for" on the Grand Prix fire, but they're staying close-lipped on that right now.
Owwww, watching KCAL 9 right now, and Devore (where the big Renaissance Faire is held out here) is currently really badly threatened. I love that city, although it's a teeny population... I hope it doesn't make it into the city! That's the western edge of the Grand Prix fire and the eastern edge of the Old Waterman fire.
