will we ever really find out who set the fires? i mean i saw on some other thread that had posts of dispatches that there were some started in hay bales and other things. that's definately arson. but who can say who has done it? might be a combination of both?

This stretches our emergency resources very thin. Hopefully this is not a way of softening our belly here in so-Cal for a terrorist attack.
