How can someone as sadistic and demented as Michael S. be permitted to be Terri's guardian?

You've got me. I have never liked conspiracy theories, but there's stuff with this case that just doesn't add up. I've added as many different ways I can think of, I try to keep giving Michael the benefit of the doubt, but it still doesn't work for me. I see how Michael and Felos are on the same page, but for the life of me, I can't understand Greer's decisions over and over siding with Michael. I recently read an article in the SPTimes from 2000 where Greer refused to authorize a swallowing test for Terri even back then. His rulings bother me greatly. It's bad enough that Michael has kept Terri from any rehab for 10 years, why does Greer compound it? IMHO, the court system has really let Terri down. As a disabled person, she has the right under the Florida statutes to be given therapy and to be returned to as much function as possible, as soon as possible. The way Felos and Greer read that, it means if she doesn't respond to therapy after 3 years, Michael is allowed to stop trying. I just don't get it.
