Poway I-15 evacuated, flames smoke I-15 & Miramar Road. Seems like most of these fires began around I-15 last few days. Wind in some areas not others.

Valley Center, cars lining up and fleeing earlier. Fire coming up toward hillside, lots of black smoke moving south. 4 Dead in car on Quincy Cyn and Wildcat Rd.
Valley View Casino engulfed in smoke earlier. Traffic now has calmed down in that area.
