Nothing like owning a home in a foreign country, especially one with Mexico's record of dealing with Americans, anyone who gets screwed here deserves it.

Absolutely right!

Mexico changes laws more often than bed sheets. As soon as there is value built up in these settlements there will be another nationalization or just a switch in the bank administered trusts.

When the gringos have been effectively bumped, watch for a new rush by mainland mexicans to buy into those million dollar homes.
