Where's your proof for this hysterical statement?

Dr. Hammesfahr, of HAMMESFAHR NEUROLOGICAL INSTITUTE. http://www.hni-online.com/ emphatically stated that the neck spinal injury this patient incurred was by Strangulation!!! Schiavo's attorney conveniently avoided challenging Dr. Hammesfahr's strangulation statement. Proof of those statements below - videos of the Dr saying it, along with saying that with therapy, her condition can improve.

http://www.floridaneurologicalinstitute.com/schiavo_channel10_may7,8,2001.htm

Coopster, there are 5 video and audio clips. They total more than 20 MB’s so they wouldn’t be practical to email to you... but all are available at the URL address listed above. The truth likely won't make any difference where you are concerned... hence, continue on with your "hysterical" disbelief !!!

Do not understand why these simple facts did not set off bells and whistles with the court.

Because Judge Greer is, for one thing, affiliated with the Hospice where Terri is forced to stay ... by HIS order!!!

Would it really be possible to determine what caused her heart failure 13 years later?

--------------------------

It may not have been heart failure. The right kind of neck hold will induce unconsciousness in 30 seconds and brain damage in three to five minutes. One would need to go back into her medical records. The concern about the autopsy is of recent evidence. Someone could hit her with an overdose of drugs and kill her next week, then burn the evidence. The hemlock society type clowns she's under control of would consider such an act one of ideological celebration.

If Florida is going to start killing and starving people to death when some think that they have no possible value to them, we all ought to know about this in advance, so we all can take our own precautions. When the State tries to murder people in our name, it is our business.

It'll be interesting to see what is discussed with Michael on Larry King tomorrow night. I hope they grill him with the fire on high!

How did we go from "let's accelerate the demise of patients who are terminal and in pain" to "let's terminate the lives of patients with cognitive deficiencies"?

What group will be next? mentally retarded? schizophrenics? 65 year olds who need a knee replacement?

Maybe this situation has reached the point-that Terri needs to be extracted-and moved to a secure and hidden location..just how much security is there ? Are the hospital guards armed ?

Terri should have been extracted from Mikey's further contact when Bush miraculously signed the order to reinsert her feeding tube. At least she has had some food and water, but no one really knows how much.

Mikey, atty. Felos, the Hospice, judge Greer, and various other creeps are all adamantly dedicated to killing Terri for multiple reasons. If she survives it will truly be a miracle. Armed police are on guard 24/7 so that no one visits Terri unless s/he has first been cleared by Mikey. My own worst fear is that he will now suffocate her . . . because it is vitally important to him that she never recover sufficiently to identify him as being the criminal who put her in her present helpless condition !!!

Larry King treats Dr. Dobson well. I have faith in his ability to get to the bottom of this issue.

Hey there. Knee-jerk duJour. If you'll go back and trace my posts on this subject, you'll find I'm not the enemy.

But my posts also state that hysterics and inflated truths do nothing to help the cause.

If there's so much incontrovertable evidence out there, I'd think we'd be in a much different position right now. Quotes from the ACME School of Neurology, and "affidavits" that are suspect at best, and made up at worst, only reinforces the other sides position and resolve.

And, if the strangulation has been proved "beyond a reasonable doubt", why have there been no criminal charges filed?

I have never quoted the ACME School of Neurology, nor any "affidavits", period. But I have quoted Dr. Hammesfahr, of HAMMESFAHR NEUROLOGICAL INSTITUTE regarding his comments about Terri's Strangulation after he reviewd her various medical scans.

It is my impression that none of this detailed investigation was done prior to this instant time period because no one had any prior suspicion of Mikey's intent to kill off his wife for any reason whatsoever. But things are changing rapidly, and I can only pray that Terri is lucky enough to escape Mikey's further attempts to snuff out her human existance !!!

Terri is alive and responsive and her condition will improve when she is FINALLY allowed to receive appropriate medical help and therapy !!!

Said doctor is listed in some pretty dubious places, not the least of which is quackwatch.com. Hence, my reference to the ACME School of Neurology.

This is what I'm talking about. People with less than a glowing reputation do nothing to further your cause.

Here's the link, in case you doubt my word:

http://www.quackwatch.com/01QuackeryRelatedTopics/Tests/tcd.html

Or, here's some similar info from Harvard - are they reputable enough for you?

http://neuro-www.mgh.harvard.edu/forum/GeneralNeurologyF/1.30.9811.07PMDr.WilliamHammes

So, you can quote 20 MB of info all you like, but 20 MB of crap is still just that.

And your use of huge fonts is really quite annoying. Or pretentious, I can't decide which. You should really get over yourself a little.
