Then someone should put up a thread about that. This thread was about possible injuries to participants.

You are bringing me down with these 'what if you lost an eye' hypotheticals.

Heck, I thought you were there. So you're telling people it's okay to butt heads with the insane and then you don't even show up yourself?

There is nothing wrong with being aggressive to a point, especially when the opposition are communist thugs.... But able bodied men? They should not plan their actions to appease the commies. Bring it on!

That is sooo true, in fact too many don't know that. I have had the misfortune lately of having to find out who they are, and wish the rest of America would take the time to instead of relying on the white bread definition the media gives them. These are not average Americans just angry about the war, not by a long shot.

Actually Bob, I don't think this thread should even have been started without checking with people who where there. Speculation based on innuendo doesn't accomplish anything but get people angry with one another and cause a lot of hurt feelings!

We should know better than to do this kind of thing, especially when we are aware that there are people out there who want destroy to us - both the forum and the network. This kind of thing is food for their fodder.

The chapters, whether or not they are part of the network, should all work together. Right now we have a lot of elections coming up across the country plus a presidential election.

It isn't going to be an easy election no matter what anyone says. We all have to pull together to get things done. We also have to show our military that we are behind them - devisiveness among the ranks doesn't do that. At all!

Whether it is holding a counter-rally/protest at the other end of the Mall or in towns and cities across this country, we have to stand up and show these guys and gals in the service that we back them.

So many of the military that came by the rally Saturday expressed their delight that someone was standing up for them while they in turn stood up for us by serving their country.

One young man in particular stands out, he lost his co over there. He and his friend had just returned from Iraq. If for no other reason or no-one else, they were why we were there.

Cause you see, those kids will go back and tell their friends that their are people who do care and do appreciate what they are doing.

They also will tell them about the group of people from a great web site called FRee Republic.com and maybe we'll see them on here one day.
