It's a reference to last week's "South Park," which was about the whole "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy"/"Metrosexual" phenomenon. All the men of South Park were caught up in the craze and became effeminate, shopping-obsessed metrosexuals. It turned out that it was all a plot by the subterranean Crab People to take over the Earth by making men too weak to resist.
