It's their country and their religion. It is certainly not a hardship to not eat, drink, or smoke in public. Big deal. During Passover you are not allowed to eat bread, among other things. Should Israel be allowed to deport those foreigners who eat bread in public (which it doesn't)?

Israel does what it chooses. It is a sovereign nation.
So, "allowed" is an absurd concept.
