>>I don't get the impression that the Schindlers' attorney is the sharpest sword in the litigation arsenal. Nothing agaisnt her.

You're not alone, sweetliberty. This case wasn't supposed to go this long or this far, and now she's outgunned. Not to mention out-financed. Felos can tap Terri's medical funds, Anderson can't. This leaves her clients at a serious disadvantage. She needs a power team of lawyers now, plus a PR firm to counteract the opposition. That takes $$$.

I listened to Pat Anderson expound on the case for an hour yesterday. I think she's terrific. She has it all at her fingertips and presents the case in striking moral terms. She's intelligent and has obviously worked like a hill of ants.

You're right, of course, that Felos and his team have large advantages, but class isn't one of them. They are unscrupulous where Anderson is not. They have much more money -- Terri's treatment money! They can play the liberal media like a big-mouth bass. And, somehow, they own Judge Greer.

We ourselves can supply some of the firepower needed, so I have some hope we can level the playing field.
