Yes, but I would hope that if treatment such as Terri is or is not getting came to light, that there would be people that would get up in arms about it - same as we are doing.
Terri is being systemically murdered. The fact that you want to ignore the absolute facts of her handling and say -"well, he is within his rights", shows that you are willing to ignore injustice, murder or whatever as long as there is a law that can be used as cover.
Well - I would hope - that if someone was trying to murder me, to get me out of the way for money, or whatever and I was unable to defend myself, that someone would look at facts and speak up for me.
Murderers have wives too.

If he wanted to murder her it would be more than easy enough.
But in this case, he has won in court and now he has to go back again to press for his rights as her legal guardian.
