Someone should investigate Terri's hospice.

I don't understand how they waived the rules for her to be there and I don't understand them using Medicaid when there is still a little money left in her account...CNN said it was $50,000 and it was frozen by the court for now but I don't know if that is correct

In one recent overnight flurry of activity, those charged with oversight of Hospice were bombarded by FReepers with e-mails and faxes. CNN had reported that Hospice had paid Terri's bill for THREE years, and we were asking how that could be. And how could it be that a six-month Hospice program could be used for someone NOT terminally-ill.

We further questioned the activity of Attorney George Felos, then a Member of the Board of Directors of Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, who arranged admittance of Terri into Hospice, at the very time he was a Director. He later resigned.

We don't know what the behind-the-scenes activity throughout Hospice has been since that barrage, but attorney Felos announced in a press conference a few days ago that Terri had been placed on Medicaid. Who paid her bills for three years? Why on Medicaid now? Relying on memory, Federal regulations state that Federal money CANNOT be used for assisted suicide, euthanasia, or mercy killing. If there's one mistake I feel the Attorney from Hell has made, it's getting Terri on Medicaid ... and she's NOT terminally ill, but she's still in Hospice. If the AFH (Attorney from Hell) would recommend that Terri be taken from Hospice and moved elsewhere, we know that the Guardian from Hell doesn't have more than $50,000. It seems they would be counting on the courts to overturn Terri's Law ~ just my humble opinion.

By the way, the Florida Senate President, James King, states on his website that he's a member of the Board of Directors, Hospice.

Another by the way, now that Terri is on Medicaid, doesn't this become a Federal matter? For those who know about such things, please add your thoughts.
