And your argument is totally based on your opinion. Read their post again.
There is NO legal document! Fact, not opinion.
This is all on his word! Fact, not opinion.
She never told her family, in all of her 23 years of living with them, that she didn't want to be kept alive on "tubes." Fact, not opinion.
remember now, she can breathe on her own.. Fact, not opinion.
See what I mean? You conveniently ignore the facts when people present them.
To: Gringo1
They say stuff like"she can eat!"...but offer no proof. They say"she can be rehabilitated!" in the face of the medical facts of the matter(some of which are posted at the beginning of this thread). These have all either been testified to in a court of law or are from sworn affadavits.

"You could smack her with a veal chop and her expression wouldn't change." Gringo1
Cool, I'm in blue letters.

well gee, I believe he has failed in his fiduciary duty to her. I think he has a conflict of interest to speed along her death. He has taken the money for the care and rehabilitation of her and used it to pay a attorney to fight for his right to starve and dehydrate Terri until death.

"Dr. Hammesfahr emphatically stated that the neck spinal injury this patient incurred was by Strangulation."
A strangulation gone awry. No wonder dear Michael wants NO therapy and wants her dead and cremated asap!
What SHOULD happen here is a thorough invstigation of how this injury occurred. With therapy let Terri communicate what did happen. If she points the finger at Michael then make him pay back ALL the money he has spent trying to murder her and INCLUDE the interest rate at the time he received the money. Let him loose ANY assets he has before he goes to prison, unless he is given the death penalty.
I can't help but wonder WHY would ANY woman want ot marry a man trying to murder his wife. Does she think she'll be treated any differently than Terri?

Speculation.
Just like the "She can eat jello" crowd. (and she can, but you have to shovel it into her mouth first).
If he wanted to murder her and this is true, he could have just finished the job right then. So why didn't he?

"These have all either been testified to in a court of law or are from sworn affadavits"
If you set a ham sandwich in front of her, could she eat without ANY help?...as in on her own? She may have a rudimentary ability to suck like a baby, but that is a long way from the "she can eat" claim.

What most courts base decisions on....the law.

The legislature pays bills and makes laws that are within the confines of the constitution
The Judges are supposed to use those laws to make their rulings
Judge Greer did his own thing intead of using those laws
The Legislature wrote another law to be perfectly clear

"Speculation."
I doubt that a Neurologist needs to "speculate" on her injury. Are you a medical person? Favor killing the disabled too?
"Just like the "She can eat jello" crowd. (and she can, but you have to shovel it into her mouth first)."
Aren't you the glibe ***hole. Hopefully you'll never have her situation.
"If he wanted to murder her and this is true, he could have just finished the job right then. So why didn't he?"
Because he could be as stupid as you are. Maybe he thought he HAD succeeded.

If it's illegal to starve an animal or convicted death row prisoner, then by God it should be illegal to starve a disabled person. This statement should echo in the ears of those who want to see Terri dead..... Over, and over, and over again, until madness arrives.....
To: Tribune7
In florida it is written by religious zealots who want to force a dead woman to continue living anyway.
Don't worry, the more level-headed courts will strike down the legislative abortion passed by the legislature.

Aliska, I don't think the sptimes article is that big a deal. As others have pointed out, he has been accused of this before and the state has not found the accusations credible. Don't forget, this man was nominated for the
Nobel Prize in Medicine.
