Did the dirtbag husband just say that Terri did not want to go on if she was left in a vegatative state, or is there a living will because if there is not these bastard judges made a serious error in granting him the mandate to murder his former wife...

As far as I know, there is NO living will, nothing in her handwriting expressing a wish to die or be starved to death. And she is still his wife, though he seems to not recognize this fact, except when he wants to for convenience of guardianship, in determining that she should die. jmo

To my knowledge you are correct and I would love to know by what justification those heatheanic trash judges based their infintile, selfish, pigheaded decisions on?

She is not in a vegatative state, she is not comatose. In the video's I saw she smiles when she sees her mother, she obviously recognizes certain things.

I imagine these videos never got to be seen by these empty-headed judges.
