I think you missed his point. His point was during WWII Japanese Americans were viewed as enemy, much as we view møøselimb Americans as enemy today. Some Japanese Americans served with distinction despite the jaundiced view and outright discrimination. His contention is that our møøselimb solidiers will similarly acquit themselves.
I think he's wrong.
Although I will allow that some large percentage of møøselimb American soldiers will be Americans first. It's the others that I'm worried about.
