The White House has issued President Bush's annual greeting to Muslims around the world who will observe the holy month of Ramadan.
In his message, President Bush says Islam is a peaceful religion that has helped shape the character of the United States, and has made great contributions to the world.
Mr. Bush said Americans cherish the freedom to worship and, he said, "we remain committed to welcoming individuals of all religions."
During Ramadan, President Bush said Muslims fast, pray, contemplate and renew their commitment to lead lives of honesty, integrity and compassion.

I will bet you that the leftists marching today are accompanied by lots of pro-Palestinian Jewhating types. If you think mainstream Christians are marching against Bush today, you are smoking something. :)

You wouldn't consider that a slam...I think Muslim American's would.
Yeah? Got any quotes of American Muslim feeling slammed by pre-Clintonian Presidential ommissions of Ramadan greetings? BTW, to return to an earlier point you dodged... are Satanists and pagans also feeling slammed because their religions don't receive Presidential greetings?

"That portion of your anatomy is so firmly affixed to your head already it would take an EOD team to remove it."
That's quite an argument.

Sorry, couldn't help myself.

No but I sure do have qoutes by people who call themselves Christians denouncing the President for recognizing them today.

Feel free to put it to the test. Transportation from Sea-Tac airport to Ft. Lewis is easy. While I'm betting it would require EOD it probably wouldn't take much more then the teenage daughter of a Muslim American soldier.
Come on up and let's find out.

You do realize that the Indonesian Parliament removed it's "Democratically" elected President and installed one of its own? Indonesian politics mimics Turkey's, neither country lets an Islamic/Muslim come to power, unless they are pulling the strings, because they are all too aware of what "Peaceful" Muslims are capable of. That alone should tell you how far Muslims can be trusted.
I stand by my statement, we do not have any "True Muslim Allies" in this war on terror, only Muslims that fear our wrath should they openly support terrorism.

That sounds like just about any Central or South American country...none of which I believe are Muslim.
Do you realize that not twenty years ago England's overseer in Australian ordered a new election and threw out the "Democratically" elected President and his administration?

I see you don't include the various Christian denominations in your question...just those that you have decided are not legitimate.

The Saudi's OWN Jorge Bush lock, stock, and barrel -- this explains America's helpless, hopeless, futile, milquetoast, pea-shooter reponse to Islamic aggression around the world. Bang on the money. Worth repeating.

You really should learn to stick to the matter at hand. I am convinced at this point that your only reason for being on these forums is to troll around a bit. Seems a few posts back you accused everyone who said Islam was not a religion of peace as "White Hood Wearing Cross Burners" just before you assured us that you would not be posting here seeing as how all of us "White Hood Wearing Cross Burners" just could not bring ourselves to agree with your Muslim sympathizing. And seeing as how I view you as a troll, this will be my last post to you.

If your offended because he's left your religious affiliation out then perhaps you should contact the White House. Beyond that I have no intention of getting into petty symantics with you.

Lots of "astonishing statements" and revisionist equivocating going on here.
I though this was a conservative forum.

The problem for you is that I am sticking to the point. The very point you made about ONE Islamic nation over throwing an elected government as if that were evidence of evil...and by pointing out that such activities have a long tradition in Christian nations, including Australia.
Of course showing your attempted argument to be vacant would not sit well with you. Fine.
