her husband who wants her cremated instantly

Someone posted on another thread that it would be illegal under Florida law to cremate someone like Terri without an autopsy. Sorry I can't remember where that post was.

That may or may not be the FL law, but who would be shocked in this case if FL law is disobeyed in regard to autopsies. FL law seems to have been repeatedly violated by none other than "Republican" George W. Greer.

Actually a person cannot be cremated for 48 hours, or at least they are not supposed to be. However, the corrupt Judge Greer signed an "order" allowing Schiavo to have Terri cremated immediately, even though that is a basic violation of Florida Law. The legislature is being castigated by the American Criminal Lawyers Union and many others are saying that the legislature had no business passing this law. The ACLU has even gone further to say THAT IS ISN'T THE LEGISLATURE JOB TO DO THIS! What planet are they on? Crazy! It is not the job of the COURT to make the law or set policy from the bench. It is so transparent that just about everything Greer did in favor of Schiavo was in DIRECT conflict or against Florida Law. Greer would be a perfect candidate for the 9th Circus Court of Appeals on the west coast.
