Would you rather live in Gary, Indiana or East St. Louis, Illinois, or Compton, California? I am shocked something is irregular with East St. Louis governance. Miss Marple and I would pick Gary, because we both have Hoosier roots.

East St. Louis and Gary have about the same level of corruption, and it's not insignificant. Compton I don't know, but I would assume falls in the same category.
