Well you see, I have the peace of mind of being intellectually honest and consistent. So when Dan Burton told his lies about Tom McClintock, I knew right away that I did not have to believe a word he said. I don't need to engage in situational ethics wherein bastard child is okay for A, but not okay for B.
Since I have been a member of FR I've seen threads where people have begged for your input and I've always been curious about that. Your statement above brings these verses to mind:
Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.
