It appears that corroborating testimony that Michael abused Terri was given at one of the hearings to dismiss Michael as guardian due to conflicts of interests. Judge Greer dismissed it as heasay, an interesting action especially given that Judge Greer's rulings in this case have been almost entirely based on the flimsy hearsay testimony of Michael's brother and sister-in-law which was allowed in at the last minute unbeknownst to and under the protests of the Schindlers' attorney.
