Karen Carpenter had anorexia/bulimia and had a heart attack - was dead about the time she hit the floor.

They have already ruled out Terri having a heart attack - and evidently her heart is in good shape. Something stopped her oxygen supply and she probably went into cardic arrest. It was the oxygen supply to her brain that did the most damage.

She was found clutching her neck according to her brother - face down. Heart attack victims tend to clutch the chest area. Michael Schiavo wasn't holding her as he claimed. As big as he was, as little as she was, he only needed a good choke hold for awhile.....do it right and you won't leave bruises.
