You have to remember that the hospital was defending itself against a lawsuit for malpractice. Certain things might not have come up but, since her medical records were routinely cleaned out at other facilities over the years, the same could have happened where she was OR at the very least, someone "misfiled" or "information" didn't come around when it was supposed to, and nobody followed up. There are many cases, and this is one where it was deliberate, that a person falls through the cracks.

Where did you get this info - or is it just an assumption?

I didn't think that the hospital was sued.

Rather, my understanding is that her doctor(s) who was treating her before the 'event' was sued . . . for not having had certain lab work done that would have detected her problem.

If my info is correct, why would you then falsly accuse the hospital of even having a motive to destroy records.

In any case, it's illegal to destroy records that have been requested as a part of a law suit.

Do you really believe that virtually everyone involved in this matter throughout the years has done these sorts of things?
