Your comment brings up the most important aspect of this case: Why is Michael Schiavo still guardian of Terry? It was understandable in the beginning, but when he started working towards his wife's death, well, it just doesn't make sense why a judge hasn't removed him as guardian, especially when the parents are begging for the job.

Until Michael Schiavo is removed as guardian this case will never end.

And it just doesn't make any sense to have him be the guardian when he stands to benefit from Terry's death, which he, by word and deed, is actively promoting.
