Oh we have known where her political standing are .. but she did dicuss the case and bring up some very good questions

Call me a cynic but I believe you're giving Greta too much credit. I believe her covering Terri's story was requested from those who sign her paycheck. Fox has covered this story extensively which might explain why both CNN and MSNBC are now beginning to 'talk about it' for which I am truly grateful.
