This guy is a little, uh, high strung. But he's funny as hell.

Too funny. Hey, my kid has some of those beanies. Hmmm. I do need some beer .

Why should we care about the negative feedback? It wasn't the seller of the beenie babies, who is it?

No I just thought it was funny.

There was also an auction to get beaten up.
The seller said he would fly to your house on a flight the buyer paid for, and beat the crap out of the buyer. The buyer was not allowed to hit back, and he would have to sign off a legal document saying that he was paying to get beaten up. The buyer could not have someone else beaten up, and on and on and on.

Now, after reading through this thread, I understand why every time I walk in on my boss he has E-bay up on his screen.
OTOH, he may not have caught on about me and FR yet (I think)

$860 plus $25 shipping. Man, I thought my daughter was scamming people with garage sale designer clothes. That's capitalism for ya. An item is worth exactly what people will pay for it.

patel126 managed to P.O. about 60 people in 2 days.
That has to be a record...

That was funny. I sent it to about a half dozen friends.

My favorite line: "I don't think my ex-wife was in the Black Market Beanie Trade..but then again, I didn't know she was having an affair either! Thus no guarantees!"

Actually, Patel is an Indian name (from India--not native Americans), and it means "Innkeeper". All the hotel/motel owners here are named Patel too.
Ummm... MOST Patels are NOT Indian, they are Pakistani.

"When I worked in the telephony business, every owner of a hotel was named ____ Patel. All Arab rip off artists" Really? Well Patel is an Indian name, and virtually all Patel's are Hindus. So, you seem to be wrong on all counts, don't you?
Umm... actually, most Patels are MUSLIM and are from PAKISTAN, not India.

I would have argued about that... until I saw what somebody paid for it. Dear God! I still think mine was funnier, but yours definetly wins in the "They paid WHAT?!?!" category.

Did you read the feedback from the winner? He said,
"Should have read warning. Just back from Hospital"
Oh Brother!
