"Long-haired, maggot-infested, dope-smoking, FM-types..." Not exactly complimentary, is it? All ditto heads claim they listen. But I wonder, do you ever hear?
Yes we do listen and hear! And by the way, the correct phrase is:
"Long-Haired, Dope-Smoking, Maggot-Infested, FM-types!"
If your gonna quote the great one - Get It RIGHT!

Keep talking - your "logic" speaks for itself just as your personal dislike or perhaps jealousy of Rush's phenomenal success did in your previous posts.

Okay. Just gotta' know. Are YOU a conservative? If so, (for that matter even if you are not), who do you see as a VIABLE presidential candidate and why?
Obviously, you do not choose to be conservative in your assessment of the President or Rush, so who merits your praise? Who do you consider actively practices so-called "viable conservatism" to YOUR standard? While I differ with Pres. Bush on several issues, (most notably border control), I do NOT agree with most of your observations as they relate to his conservatism
Though I do not always agree with Rush, he is far from uneducated or ill informed. Personally, I take issue with a great deal of his stance on welfare, but we agree that it needs reform. By the way, if he gets any jail time at all it will be due to discrimination of the worst kind.
Unfortunately, there has been no equal outrage of the same behavior from libs. Winona only got a fine, and the rest of her elite buddies who used Dr. Feelgood for countless prescriptions didn't even get THAT. Mr. West Wing was guilty of ILLEGAL drugs and served no sentence, and the former president was IMPEACHED but has racked up mega-millions in speeches and not served five minutes of guilt for his exceedingly rude, lewd and crude shenanigans.
While chit-chat may not change the facts, perhaps the facts are not as black and white as you view them.
By the way, I'm way OFF topic here, so let me add that the columnist wrote a piece not worthy of a Little League player and it is a mystery how he landed on even a minor major league team. His points were foul.

If he committed a crime, charge the SOB, and arrest him. Roy Black might have already pre-empted the prosecution.
Since Rush went to rehab, the usual punishment for first-time users, his effort at getting clean will make any case brought by the prosecution seen as politically motivated, IMHO.
I know that Rush acted improperly, maybe illegally. His rehab and public outing may be enough punishment..
Nevertheless, if going public was his "bottom," Rush will come back better than ever.
