FYI and discussion

The cops wimped out. It would've earned Pimentel a ticket for disorderly conduct in this jurisdiction for starters, a misdemeanor harassment charge if Pimentel did it again.

I'd have killed the dog on the spot, then asked the owner, Want some? Blackbird.

So did the boys Mother. Once would have been enough to get it on video surreptitiously, the next time administer her a severe beating.......

Pimentel followed her into the entrance of the family's house, and she quickly closed and locked the door before Pimentel could fully get inside. The mom should have let her force her way in, then she would have legal trespass,(plus the mom could legally deck her in "defense of property") At the very least she should be charged with assault
What a sicko

Where I'm from, offending pets (generally sheep chasers) were shot and hung on a fence as a warning to neighbors. A similar strategy should work in this case.

Massachusetts. Home of compassionate Liberalism... as long as it doesn't extend to YOUR neighborhood.

"calling him
retard and telling his mother she was
sick of that animal bringing down her property values".
I bet this pig is one of the "let's kill the disabled" leftists. If the scum even tried something like that with my son....well lets not go there. But it's funny how people rely on the police to defend them for everything.
It wasn't that many years ago, that this b*tch would have had her b*tt kicked, by everyone else in the neighborhood, for trying to harrass a defenseless child. My how times have changed.

I like the repeat bit in "Army of Darkness," when Bruce Campbell repeatedly sneers at the bad guys and says, "Come get some!"

Dog didn't do anything wrong. Take it out on the lovely and well-bred owner.

Less trouble from the law if you shoot the dog, especially if you give a public warning or two.

I'd have killed the dog on the spot, Yup. Have that D-Con laced meatball in your pocket, ready to deploy at the first sign of trouble.
Most dogs will skarf it up as soon as you drop it in front of them before the owner can do a damn thing about it.

Dude, no! The dog isn't acting of its own accord! The Pimentel woman is egging the poor dog on. Why all the dog hostility?

Maybe so, but I'm a big fan of punishing the cause of the problem, not the symptom.

Why all the dog hostility? You're right. You're right.
I love dogs. But I have no patience with animals that repeatedly attack/harrass me or mine.

Perhaps the mom of the autistic boy needs to start carrying a can or 2 of pepper spray in her pocket, when she takes her son out. If pig-b*tch gives her any trouble- she can un-load the whole can on her

I would have charged the bit(h with DC or meanaceing and I'm positive she would have resisted arrest and assaulted this officer !

Yup. Have that D-Con laced meatball in your pocket, ready to deploy at the first sign of trouble. Most dogs will skarf it up as soon as you drop it in front of them before the owner can do a damn thing about it. You're a real "tough guy" aren't you? Like most bullies, I'm sure you don't pick on humans who are capable of kicking your @ss
Instead, you like to be sneaky and harm those who can't fight back.

This called for a severe beating. The phrase "no jury would convict" has a basis in reality.
To: WackyKat
I'm sure you don't pick on humans who are capable of kicking your @ss I don't know what makes you so sure. Supposition on your part? A poor one it would seem. I fear no one. And the only one's I've met that are capable of 'kicking my @ss', I am fortunate enough to call friends.
I don't pick on humans that is correct. But when they attack me and the situation warrants it, I respond with maximum violence. At that point my life is worth more than theirs.
Animals are a different issue. If a dog was repeatedly harassing my kid, in my presence, at the urging of its owner, I would have no problem dispatching the dog. Physically or morally.
"Tough guy"? Maybe so. Maybe not. I am a "big guy" though. And I am not someone you want to mess with when my family's safety is on the line. That's not bluster. Just a fact. Take it or leave it. I don't care.
