Do local cbs stations have to broadcast all feeds? NO!!! And, this is a HUGE point you just made! When NYPD Blue first began airing, my local affiliate didn't air it. I think this might be a good angle at which to attack, and I've considered starting a separate thread on it. Anybody with me?

keeping it out of NY would hurt since another poster pointed out that 1/3 of all neilson ratings boxes are located in NY.
