Before 1994 the rats controlled congress for 40 straight years. Since 1994 Republicans have won majority in both the House and Senate every single election. We also now control the Presidency, a majority of Governors, control of a majority of state legislatures, and Republicans now comprise a majority of state legislators. You hate it when we win don't you?
