The problem there is, again, the rules. For the GOP to fight the filibuster and "make Schumer go 24/7" is that they HAVE to keep all 51 members of their caucus on the floor also.

Well they need to do it. The way things have been going Bush can only get liberal judges appointed.

All Schumer has to do is say that he is willing to filibuster an appointment and the proposed appointee never gets a floor vote on if a committee hearing.

And it never cost the Dims anything.

If the Republicans never force their hand they can keep doing this till they retake the Senate or the liberal judges that meet with the libs approval completely trash the Constitution.
