KY Teamsters endorse Democrat Chandler in spite of investigation as attorney general

The Teamsters endorsed Democrat Ben Chandler for governor today, in spite of Chandler's efforts to indict two Teamsters officials after the 1995 governor's race.

Chandler, who is running against Republican Ernie Fletcher, spoke to a group of about 150 union members this morning at a hotel in Louisville.

Who else do you think they would support? Unions like blacks march in lockstep to the Democrats and I often wonder why?
