Bennett has admitted his failures (and gambling losses), apologized for them and says he's stopped. So has Rush, at least far as he's gone. Contrition for one's mistakes is a start. I have not seen that contrition from Terry. Of course, had he done so and acknowledged his adultery as well as work to correct his mistakes and asked forgiveness, he wouldn't have divorced his wife and left his children in the first place, then married a woman practically young enough to be his daughter and started "a new family." To me, that's a huge moral failing.

He's a great man. And PA electing him supports the saying about there being some good people in the state: "PA has Philadelphia at one end and Pittsburgh at the other, but in between it's Alabama."

There's no way the Senate could be so dumb as to think the ban would prevent abortions.Sure, the Senators know that. But, one look at the posts on FR shows it's news to -- even denied by -- many observers.
Apparently, it doesn't bother the PACs or politicians (on either side?) that anyone might have that misconception.
