"(Shaking in Atlanta after AL earthquake...) "

Is that serious or in jest? My hubby is driving to Alabama with the toddler right now (to visit in laws in Alabama) and is likely driving on the other side of Atlanta right now.

Yoicks! No, no, no. Atlanta is as stable but corrupt as always.

(In February - we were awakened at 5:00 AM here by a 4.9 quake over a little north of Guntersville AL.

So while Ronnie looked at the conventional TV news and ABCNNBCBS, which had nothing for an hour! - I posted that quote on FR at 5:05; and got immediately confirmation from all over the south. Plus quake, histories, seismo readings from NC, and feedback from all over.

So she printed all of the thread for her science class that morning (copied by the other teachers at her school!) - as did many of the teachers locally at many other schools locally.
