His settlement will be paid in McNuggets.

Probably got a super-sized Big Mac meal deal, and he was happy.

He demanded $300,000 for financial loss and severe emotional trauma, along with a job at McDonald's.
$300k AND a job at McDonalds? Isn't the latter unneccessary at that point?

There's only so much room behind the counter.

"after arrangements were made for him to get a uniform, he never got a call from management again."
Too bad...I guess the tent and awning company went out of business.

Seeing a 400 lb man cooking the food I'm gonna eat might have me re-thinking if I really needed that greasy burger and fries.
To: Tumbleweed_Connection
They should have agreed to give him a free Big Mac combo a week for life as his settlement. That way, when he goes to collect, he's implicitly admitting his suit was frivolous (he's still willing to eat there despite what he's "learned" about the food).

A lifetime supply of Big Macs?
To: Tumbleweed_Connection
I'm still waiting for my uniform . . . then I can start eating . . . er . . . cooking cheeseburgers.

I've been his friend since we were little babies
I was a comfort to his mother and a pal to his dad
Before they passed away they said,
"Please take care of our Davy
You may be the only friend he ever will have"
Davy the fat boy, Davy the fat boy
Isn't he round? Isn't he round?
What do he weigh folks?
Can you guess what he weigh?
It's only a quarter
Win a teddy bear for the girlfriend
Or something for the wife
You got to let this fat boy in your life
I think we can persuade him to do
The famous fat boy dance for you
Give me half a chance
I just know you'll like my fat boy's dance
Davy the fat boy, Davy the fat boy
Isn't he
Isn't he round?

"Joseph Connor claimed in his lawsuit that the fast-food chain violated the Americans with Disabilities Act and state employment law. He demanded $300,000 for financial loss and severe emotional trauma, along with a job at McDonald's."
He'll eat McDonald's out of business inside of 2 weeks!

420 pounds, the consequent overlap and a grill.
Not a pretty mental image.

If I owned McDonald's stock I would be worried that the omnipresent pack of ambulance-chasers would now be lining up all the obese people they can find and have them applying for jobs with the company.
Of course, such a strategy would work with any fast-food companies that choose to give in to blackmail. McDonald's, though, has already indicated they will give in.

WOW!
I can now SUe the DNC for loss of sleep because of their tax people with jobs programs.

He's fat. Real fat. Most likely eats too much and eats the wrong foods. Probably doesn't exercise either. So how does this come under the Americans with Disabilities Act?
No wonder winer rhymes with clymer.
